ADHIKAR is a programme which has put more focus to ensure the proper implementation of MGNREGS through the formation of social watch groups to strengthen the demand side and also established the rural call centre for addressing the information gaps. The state govt. has been implementing the modified version of our rural call centre as Jana Seva Kendra.
