In the context of livelihood sustainability, Women & Landless E m p o w e r m e n t plays vital role and SAMBANDH since its inception has promoted this through various income generating initiatives through women SHGs& landless families. Till the reporting period we have facilitated Trainings, Business Plan Development and Credit Linkages to Women SHGs on Vegetable Cultivation, Goat Rearing and Poultry etc. It is a livelihood enhancement program through livestock management activities which is mainly carried out by women. The inclusion of bio farm village plays an important role and is one the major aspects of livestock program of Sambandh. The major aim being generation of income through proper channels thereby subtracting middle men exploitation for a better market access.
